Official Show & Presentation Schedule

Scotland Fashion Week has incorporated runway fashion shows and other fashion events as two formats that will encompass the official SS26 schedule. This merge will allow for a more expressive offering towards formats, partaking brands and reflect the Scottish fashion industry's creative landscape.

To apply for a presentation or show on the official show & presentation schedule, brands must apply through the official application form. All deadline dates are included in key dates below.

SS26 Payment Terms

A criterion for participation in Scotland Fashion Week is to strictly follow the payment terms. Invoices which remain unpaid will result in the brands exclusion from the show schedule.

Application Fee Payment Terms

All brands applying for the Scotland Fashion Week official show schedule will be required to pay an application fee. This payment must be paid at the time of application in order to secure the review of your application.

Show & Presentation Schedule Fee Payment Terms

All brands confirmed for the Scotland Fashion Week official show schedule are required to pay the 1st invoice of 50% of the fee before the 1st of July in order to be included in the brand line up announcements.

Brands will receive the 2nd invoice of the remaining 50% of the fee on the 21st of August, which must be paid by the 31st August.

Cancellation

In case a brand decides to cancel participation after the 21st of August, the show schedule fee will not be reimbursed.

A cancellation fee of £100 will apply for accepted brands that pull out of the show schedule later than the 21st of August.

Official FS25 Information

Criteria

Scotland Fashion Week will not process applications received from accessory & bridal brands to the Official FS25 Show.

All brands applying to be part of the official show must accept and adhere to the Show Terms & Conditions.

• Minimum of 4 designs/looks, maximum 16.

Pricing

Prices to participate in the Scotland Fashion Week’s Official FS Show:

• £100 per Designer/ Brand

All brands and designers must provide and manage payment of their own models for the show.

Additional charges for backstage passes can be requested for up to 4 people, including the designer.

• £15 per pass

All brands must furthermore pay an application fee of £25 at the time of submission.

Runway Format Information - Official Schedule

Criteria

Scotland Fashion Week will not process applications received from a childrenswear brands to the show schedule. Scotland Fashion Week will however accept accessory and bridal.

All brands applying to be part of the official show schedule must accept and adhere to the Show & Presentation Terms & Conditions.

• The show format must be runway

• A show must have a minimum of 60 guests

• A runway show brand must have a minimum of 16 looks

Pricing

Prices for runway shows part of the official show schedule:

• £400

All brands must furthermore pay an application fee of £25 at the time of submission.

Other Fashion event Format Information - Official Schedule

Criteria

Scotland Fashion Week will not process applications received from a childrenswear brand to the show schedule.

All brands applying to be part of the official show schedule must accept and adhere to the Show & Presentation Terms & Conditions.

• The presentation format must allow for guests to walk in and out and experience a fashion event

• Formats include: performance, models stationary in a space, talks, styling events etc

• No minimum number of guests

• The duration of a presentation must be a rolling format across the full slot
